How co customers benefit from the time spent getting to know what their moving needs are?
The time it takes to explain the details of your move and your needs as a potential customer, is beneficial for you in numerous ways, including but not limited to piece of mind. When calling around for help with your move, you may talk to many different people and have to answer a few of the same questions from one call to the next, which may seem bit taxing, but you will be happy you did in the end. Your moving needs and concerns will be handled in a professional manner because we know what we're moving, where we are moving it, and how you, the customer wants it done. We do take the time to address all of your concerns and we might even learn your dog's name in the process, and that's a good thing. If you have a grandfather clock that has been in your family for generations, and needs special care taken when moving, we want to know. The bureau that was passed down over the years is a bit fragile, and needs some kind hands to move it, we want to know. This way, your items are delivered in the same condition they were picked up in. The long driveway, the three flights of stairs, or the low hanging trees are all important to us, and we want to know these things.
